Payment Terms

Payment terms for our services will be specified in individual service agreements or invoices. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may be subject to interest charges at the rate of 1.5% per month. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue payments.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and materials created by HyperVault, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and documentation, are the property of HyperVault or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software provided

Termination

Upon termination, you must cease all use of our services and return or destroy any confidential information. Sections relating to intellectual property, confidentiality, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, or technical failures of third-party systems.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.
